It has a great location just a few minutes walk to Susukino shopping strips. The room is not as small compare with other hotels with the same price range. I totally loved that they provide bath salt & herbs for guests to making they own baths. They smell delicious, my favourite are lavender, rose and milk. They also have an onsen & spa here for guests as. I'm too shy to go naked in a public bath, so I didn't try yet. Absolutely, great value to money, I would definitely stay here again next time!

Small room but cozy. In a nice walkable area. No tattoos allowed in the public bath which was very disappointing. However, there were bath salts provided in the lobby for the bath in your own room which was nice. Check-in and check-out were easy. Staff was helpful. I left my bags at the desk for a few hours after check-out. Overall it was fine but I wouldn’t come back based on the tattoo policy.

Good location, but horrible service. We stayed in October. The staff are unfriendly and unhelpful; there was a lady in a white jacket (manager) who repeatedly asked for our passports despite already checking in earlier in the day. We were at the hotel lobby deciding where to eat, shop and about to go out. I'm not sure what her issue was, and we still don't really know. I do NOT recommend this hotel because of how aggressive she acted asking for the passports and she was not polite about it. She apologized after the event, but made up an excuse as to why she needed to see it (for example, she thought we were in the wrong hotel because there are 3 other same chains and wanted to know if we were waiting at the right one - but we already checked in). In particular, this incident was just with her, but it's not a nice experience. Her English was actually very good, so this was not a language barrier problem. The rooms are really small, but it is typical of a Japanese Hotel. The bed and TV are large though. The usual amenities are there at the lobby for you to help yourself. Hot water kettle and small fridge in the room. One plus is the customized bath salts you can make at the lobby for use in your room. The breakfast has a large variety, but the taste of all the food is bland in general. It's more of a Western style breakfast. Eggs, toast, meat patties, curry, rice, miso & corn soup, salad bar, etc. It's not bad, but it's nothing outstanding like some of the other hotela we've stayed at.
