Quinto Centenario Hotel

Excellent attention from the Staff, special mention to Sophie and Martin for a very efficient and early check in, thank you. Breakfast buffet was great. The pool was very nice and refreshing. We've been travelling for 6 month in South America and this has been the best hotel. Well done staff!

Absolutely embarrassing as a hotel. The rotten honey comb sat at breakfast all week. No honey was to be had only foul odor and color. The rooms are worn out. The whole hotel needs a complete remodel. The staff is so indifferent because they know the ownership does not care. I was told directly. "We are the nicest hotel in town" So now you know before you go.

Wifi is nearly inexistent. Service is virtually inexistent. Old Sheraton run by 3 people at night. Reservations are not observed, so they they didn't know we needed (and paid for) room with 3 beds. Restaurant fully staffed by one single person at night. People working here seem to do their best, but you can't expect a place this size to be run by less than 5-10 people.
