My stay hasn’t even began and it’s been a whirlwind with them we have tried to make a modification/ Cancellation even though we paid in full for 1 villa a month ago since half of our party has contracted COVID and instead of being reasonable and understandable and just charging a fee they still want us to pay for a villa that isn’t going to be used . So they don’t care about safety allowance of positive Covid cases on there property and other guest our guest have decided that still will travel and stay the extra days after we leave at a different property since they are un reasonable I will definitely not make the mistake of staying here again
