Good hotel....good price. If you are into comfort and cleanliness then this is your place to stay.
Have breakfast here, if you don't like humitas dont go, also there IS NO CAR RENTAL OFFICE HERE ANY MORE.
I had a few issues with this hotel. First was being charged full price for a room with no hot water. I attempted to get a partial refund but was denied because the account was gone….strange. The second issue was the black mold all over the bathroom. The third was the bed was as hard as the floor. The fourth and final issue was some lady at the front desk treated me like I was not a guest and wanted to see proof I was staying there….very odd. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend it to anyone.
