I had my wedding at quorn country hotel a few months ago and it was honestly one of the best decisions ever made. The venue was stunning with loads of natural lights and loads of space for guests. The outdoors was so beautiful and had a car park. Lizzie, the events manager is the sweetest, kindest most helpful person. She ensured my wedding day went smoothly and helped me out so much and always had a kind word to say. She was very reassuring and very helpful throughout the whole process. She ensured the venue was spotless and ensured i had everything i needed. She had bought her own waiters even though i had booked some just in case i needed any! and even bought a microphone just in case i needed it, which i did, so so kind of her! I would 100% definitely recommend booking this venue for your wedding, you will definitely be well looked after and have the most beautiful day!💕 thank you so much quorn country hotel and staff!
Lovely old place and fab location. The hotel itself is clean, but very worn. Odd levels of service and facilities. The breakfast is poor, not the food, but what's offered. Charge a bit more if necessary, but I wouldn't stay again just based on the strange service levels provided, it's not where it should be. But it's not poor quality service if that makes sense, the staff were lovely just how they present the hotel just isn't good enough for the price point.
A beautiful hotel but I would not stay there again. The room was large, clean but too warm as according to the receptionist the air conditioning had been disconnected a year ago due to it being a fire hazard and had not been replaced. The continental breakfast was poor. Very little choice, no cheese, eggs, ham , tomatoes, cucumber etc just the basics, cereal, cheap sliced bread and warm yoghurt. The bread was moldy on two occasions during my one week stay.
