This Hotel and their staff were outstanding! My father and I were coming to urgently visit my elderly grandmother and they were so kind and upgraded our room reservation to a bigger two floor / two bedroom suite as a complimentary gesture. I can't thank them enough for their compassion and personable hospitality. The rooms were also clean, modern, updated, and luxurious. They were respectful and made our visit go smoothly without any stress. Thank you, your hard work does not go unnoticed.
From the moment I walked in the door, the receptionist was amazing. The rooms are great!! And the staff are super polite. The rooftop bar and breakfast are amazing. Excuse my mess in the photos..lol
I booked a Deluxe Double room. However, the friendly front desk staff upgraded me to a Two Bedroom Penthouse Loft Suite. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. Uber was readily available in the area, and the Knutsford Express was nearby. I would book again!
