R Mar Resort and Spa Patong Phuket

I spent 5 nights at the R Mart Resort in Patong, Phuket, and was very satisfied with my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent- close to all the action, yet situated in a quiet area. The breakfast was generally okay. While the selection wasn’t exactly to my personal taste, that’s subjective and may vary for others. The room furnishings are a bit dated, but that didn’t really bother me. However, the lighting in the bathroom could be improved. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. "I would definitely choose this hotel again if I decide to stay in Patong.

Amazing staying!!! I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Thailand, but this is a real gem and a real surprise. Good value for the money, clean, beautiful. The stuff checked us in very very quickly and just made our stay so amazing. The pool and restaurant food and drinks are affordable and the people smile all the time. Great management and lovely stuff. Wanna mark Kathee the reception lady that really took care of everything and was lovely and friendly! Thank you all for this great hosting! Very recommended!!

Overall a really good stay at R-Mar Resort. Service as it normally is in Thailand was impeccable with all staff members being super friendly and accommodating. The only reason I didn't give full score for the room was the shower could be better in terms of spray pattern although the pressure was good. Location was an excellent balance of being right in there middle of the action in Patong beach while still being secluded enough to be nice and quiet inside the resort.
