Apartement type hotel. The room is really nice. But the TV is old, no streaming. The food is nice and a lot of variety.

I stayed one night of 4 nights i spent in Jakarta. The hotel was not well maintained, the cleanliness can be improved, and the internet in my room was terrible. The only plus i could give is breakfast. It has wide variety of choices with great taste. They claim to recycle the water for the toilet, which i personally appreciate, but seeing that stain in it, not a pleasant feeling.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel for a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Negative Points: 1. The room was not clean upon check-in, and there was a strong unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. While the hotel offers gym facilities, several of the gym equipment were either broken or not functioning properly. 2. Housekeeping was careless. Due to their negligence, my doorbell was rung six times in a single day, which was extremely disruptive—especially while I was in the middle of an online business meeting. 3. Starting from 7 AM, the noise level became unbearable as staff gathered and chatted loudly in the hallway. It made it impossible to get any additional rest. 4. I reported to the front desk around midnight that there were loud banging and knocking noises coming from the floor above or surrounding rooms. Unfortunately, no action was taken, and the noise continued until around 2 AM. 5. The bottled drinking water provided in the room had a strange and unpleasant taste. 6. A towel provided had visible blood stains. Even after I requested a change, the same stained towel was given to me again the next day. 7. The Wi-Fi connection was unstable, which made it difficult to work efficiently. Positive Point: The only redeeming aspect of my stay was the staff’s friendly attitude. They consistently maintained a polite and cheerful demeanor despite the issues I faced. Conclusion: Overall, the hotel’s service and environment require significant improvement. I would not consider returning or recommending this property until these matters are addressed.
