Ra Suites Simatupang

I had a fantastic stay at RA Suites Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding. The food was also delicious, with a great variety to choose from. I want to especially thank Wafa from the banquet team. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect during our visit. His service truly made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I have frequently stayed at various 5-star hotels, and I've read many negative reviews on ra suites, unfortunately, I also experienced. It seems there needs to be a clearer policy regarding in-room breakfast delivery. I was sick and had difficulty walking, so I requested the breakfast be delivered to my room. However, I was only informed that this service is available strictly before breakfast operational hours. I was staying for several nights and was alone in the mornings until afternoons. When I asked for just one portion of food, the staff member on the phone told me, 'We can do it just this one time, but we can't deliver it again tomorrow.' It felt like I had to beg just to get a single portion delivered. If a guest is genuinely sick and has trouble walking, is there really no assistance available for breakfast? Furthermore, if I order from GoFood, I have to walk a long distance to the security post because deliveries cannot be left at the concierge. I hope the management reads these reviews

Security staff is very rude towards online bike drivers and discriminative against guests that uses online bike services, not caring for guest comfort and situation. The only redeeming factor is the service staff who are wonderful as always on all my visits. The security staff could learn a lot more about being calm headed and proper attitude instead of looking for fights with online bike drivers and inconveniencing guests that uses the service.
