Best choice to stay a few days if you are up to a quiet and relaxing family holiday rather than the busy and noisy tourist spots. Our special thanks to Mia, the beautiful girl working at the reception who helped us contact our previous hotel in Bangkok and found the toy my kid left behind. Big thankyou!
Located on a very beautiful quiet bay with crystal clear, turquoise water. I would give 100 score alone fr the beach. Slope of the beach is extremely flat,when water tidal is low u can really walk really far out n sand here is so fine like a powder! The hotel itself has nice n clean area,quite out of date n need to touch up a bit of this n that but that s bothered me not. Staffs r friendly,there is a mini mart in the hotel area. Down side : Aircon is quite loud,Bed is on the hard side,BF needed to be improved,no telephone in room. Anyway all theses r not matter to me coz I just cant rave enough fr a charming beach they have. If u r looking a nice quiet paradise liked,away from Phuket in short boat ride trip then give this a try. Reckon fr at least 2 nights here.
The island of Racha is very beautiful. The water is crystal clear. There are great beaches for swimming. The Racha Island Resort was just “okay”. Our room had no hot water for showers. The room was clean, but a bit dated. We enjoyed our time, but I recommend only staying 1 night.
