This is a generally excellent property in a beautiful location with attentive and friendly staff. The rooms are large and designed to accommodate guests with physical handicaps. Our only criticism of the room we occupied was that it was cold upon arrival, and the air conditioning control is not intuitive and there were no instructions provided to operate it. The pool, spa, gym and games room are well maintained and attractive. The main restaurant serves high quality, imaginative cuisine at mainstream city prices, and the wine list is affordable. Breakfasts were similarly good, and the view is a highlight if you are blessed with beautiful weather as we were during our stay.
Fabulous Resort. Ocean View Room looking out at Bass Strait. Having Breakfast looking out at Bass Strait. We Dined at the restaurant and meals - excellent. Staff were friendly and polite as always. Room was great. ........thanks for a wonderful weekend at your resort Loved our stay
I would give it a 5 stars, but the bathroom just let us down. One of the enjoyment points of staying in the hotel is taking a great shower. Especially in a $300 room. This was not it. To the resort- investor in a good shower head, please. Otherwise, service is great, facilities are good. Breakfast highly recommended.
