The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Ubud. But what truly makes this place special is its exceptional staff! A Perfect Stay – Feels Like Home! Our stay at Radha Phala Resort & Spa, Ubud was absolutely wonderful. From check-in to check-out, everything felt warm, welcoming, and seamless. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. (Specially Wina , Restiti, Febri, f&b team) The service was outstanding, with attention to every detail. The entire experience truly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We will definitely be back!

While the resort is in a beautiful setting and the staff were lovely and very helpful, we seem to have been really unlucky with our stay here. All the reviews I had read were excellent when booking however, on arrival our room smelled very strongly of mould and it was visible in the bathroom around the sink and on parts of the wall in the room. We were also given an adjoining room with the adjoining door closed however the noise from the neighbouring room was ridiculously audible. Along with that our bed was very noisy and uncomfortable like the matress needed replacing. The pool area, along with the grounds and lobby are lovely. Shame the room let it down however I wouldn’t think this is the same in all rooms.
