I had a very pleasant and peaceful experience during my stay at Radha Regent. A special thanks to the reception staff for ensuring a smooth and hassle-free checkout — especially Sanket, who was extremely professional, helpful, and courteous throughout. I’d also like to appreciate Rajluxmi from the restaurant team. She always greeted with a warm smile, was very attentive, and worked tirelessly to ensure every guest felt welcomed and comfortable. Her dedication truly stood out. Lastly, a big thank you to the housekeeping staff for maintaining the room so well and ensuring it was always clean and comfortable. Overall, the service and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommended for a peaceful and well-managed stay in Electronic City.
This was a work trip so my thoughts may not apply to someone looking for a holiday. The location is perfect for work, rooms are comfortable but probably need an update. All the staff in the Aura lounge were amazing. The food is of a very high standard. The front of house staff were polite and friendly
I am deeply disappointed and upset with the experience we had. At a time when we were organizing an important event — a moment that required cooperation, support, and professionalism — we were humiliated over financial matters in a completely inappropriate and disrespectful manner. Handling monetary discussions with such insensitivity, especially in a public or professional setting, is not just unprofessional; it is downright humiliating. It showed a complete lack of basic respect and understanding towards the efforts and hard work that go into planning and executing an event successfully. An event is meant to celebrate, to bring people together, and to create positive memories. Instead, due to this behavior, what could have been a joyous occasion was clouded by feelings of embarrassment, frustration, and disappointment. Financial matters can always be discussed in a proper, respectful, and private manner — this is a basic expectation in any professional relationship. What we experienced was far from acceptable and speaks volumes about the lack of customer care and sensitivity. I sincerely hope that the management reflects seriously on this incident. No client or guest should ever be made to feel belittled, especially when trust, time, and a significant investment have already been placed in your services. This was completely unacceptable, and I would not recommend anyone to go through a similar experience. Respect and dignity must always come first. Our experience with the food was extremely disappointing. The chicken dishes were completely tasteless, lacking any flavor or seasoning, which was highly unexpected, especially during an important event. Even more concerning, it was evident that the chicken was stale and not fresh — likely 4 to 5 days old.
