Spent 2 nights at this hotel along with my family, overall experience was basic. Our expectations were high considering that is 4 🌟 hotel. We were shocked that the ac in our room actually was working just as fan only. Outside temperature was 35+ degrees and similar temperature inside with max ac on . Called the reception but no answer . The sea around this are for my opinion is dirty.
Wouldn't recommend this hotel for the following reasons: -Uncomfortable beds - very hard. -Horrible breakfast with undrinkable coffee -Bird feces smell throughout resort. -Human feces in pool (was cleaned up within 1 hour). -Weird rules around room keys: only 1 plastic room key card per room. Pluses are the rooms are nicely decorated and most of the staff are nice. The music around the pool is good.
