This is a really cute and unique themed boutique hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Service was good, the rooms were small but clean and very comfortable. They give you a drink coupon so that you can get a free cocktail from the bar, coffee or something from the refrigerators that are set up with snacks and drinks in the lobby. I would definitely go back again.

I ended up staying here after my flight changed unexpectedly. The employees were very friendly, and I appreciated the free drink vouchers and that they had a gym. The decor is very cute and I felt at home. The room was clean and comfortable. The shower was a little weird because it clear on all sides so if you were sharing the room someone could see you showed from the side by the door. Also- since it's a walk in shower that's low the water would get on the floor by the bathroom and the room, so just something to be aware of. Location wise was very accessible, just a bit far from things.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This has got to be hands down the worst hotel I’ve ever experienced. The rooms are small and not cleaned thoroughly. The hairdryer had a European plug and didn’t fit the US outlets in the room. There are flies, lots of flies. The front desk staff will argue with you and they refused to provide anything requested (towels, linens, extra keys). There was a pullout bed in our room and we were told we could not get linens or pillows for the bed so I assume people are putting their bare bodies on the pullout mattress. There were no complementary drinks like mentioned on the website and in the emails. There was no breakfast for guests outside of a baseball team that they prioritized. The coordination with the event rooftop space was awful. We were there for a rooftop wedding and were told we could not use the hotel elevators that are labeled for the rooftop. We were forced to walk around the block outside in ballgowns and suits next to drug activity and a methadone clinic to another door with no security just to get to the wedding. Things could have been easier but they refused to accommodate for the wedding party.
