I just finished my stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Arlanda Terminal and it was the best experience I could have ever had. I was greeter by a wonderful receptionist, Jordan, who was kind and helpful the whole time I was there. My room was clean, comfortable, and looked amazing. Since I was exhausted, I ordered room service and it arrived quickly and was incredibly delicious. I didn't catch the name of the person who brought me room service, but he was super kind and patient. My only complaints would be that the shower was a bit packed so I kept bumping into the extra shower head and shampoo bottles, also the room service button on the phone did not work and kept going to the desk. Neither complaint hindered my experience at all so that is why I am giving them 5 stars. Also, breakfast was probably the best experience, it was delicious, there were so many options, and had the kindest staff.

***The FRONT DESK STAFF WERE GREAT! very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Kudos to them! Bed was a bit firm, but comfortable. Pillows were decent. The location can't be beat - you are right inside the terminal. For an early morning flight, this was perfect. Also, the hotel appeared to be very quiet. BUT... The hotel is showing its age and there were a number of odd quirks. -- ROOM TEMPERATURE: The thermostat only had a slider control with "+" at the top and "-" at the bottom. No temperature number at all! -- OTHER: BATHROOM ELECTRICAL OUTLETS: There were NONE! In my many decades of travel, I have never seen a bathroom with no electrical outlets in the bathroom. We looked behind towels, under the sink/counter, behind the door...nothing! No place to plug in an electric razor, hair dryer, etc. The nearest electrical outlet was inside the closet of the entry hallway (across from the bathroom door). -- BAHTROOM DOOR: The bottom of the door is rotting. Paint has peeled and the door bottom is swollen. Also, the door would swing open unless it was fully latched closed. -- CURTAINS: The "room-darkening curtains" are a good try, but they don't work very well. They let enough light through that they "lit up" with daylight at 2 AM. (Fortunately, we had to get up at 3 AM.) BOTTOM LINE: Great staff. A quirky room but clean. Great location. All in all, it was "okay" for a 1 night stay, but that's about it.

Excellent location but unacceptable reception experience(The Staff who named Claus.) The location of this hotel is nearly perfect — it has always been my first choice when arriving or departing from the airport. Convenient and comfortable.Breakfast is decent. Room features: Rooms are spacious enough to open two suitcases easily. The bathroom is comfortable, with good water pressure and consistent hot water. Wi-Fi is stable. Disposable slippers are usually provided, but not guaranteed — same with toothbrushes — so it’s best to bring your own just in case. Service: While I’ve stayed here many times without issue, my experience last night was extremely disappointing. We arrived past midnight, as usual, and my husband was checking in at the reception while I waited quietly near the entrance, giving space for other guests. Suddenly, the raised voice of the reception staff caught my attention — it was unusually loud for that hour, and I sensed something. As I walked over to the reception, the staff member (Claus, male) looked at me normally. But the moment I asked my husband what had happened, he began rolling his eyes at me repeatedly and responded with obvious condescension. I was shocked — this was the first time that I had encountered such behavior, especially without any reason or provocation. To make things worse, we were given the wrong room type. Fortunately, we were eventually upgraded to a suite — though that additional cost will be handled by the hotel or hotel owners , not by us. Thank you, Claus, for making that necessary.
