The hotel is on Palace Road, location is good. But as a 5 star hotel it's exaggerated. It can be considered a 3 star hotel the pool is a very narrow and small. The corridors of the rooms have purple pink lighting which gives a very cheap and shady feel. Flooring is also linoleum in the corridors . Rooms are very basic, breakfast buffet is also very basic . The hotel needs renovation or they need to improve their interiors and the whole look. You can hear the noise inside your room.

This is at best worth 4000 - 4500 per night. For 10k it falls short on all aspects - cleanliness, quality of room and especially room service. Response time of staff is slow. Attitude is casual. All they keep saying is let me check and we are sorry. There are better hotels at much lower price especially for business travellers
