Very nice hotel, comfortable room, super nice staff at the reception. Very child-unfriendly restaurant so if travelling with a kid, you'd probably have to eat elsewhere or be happy with fried nuggets. Snooker table in dire need of replacement or should be removed
This was my first time staying at a Radisson hotel, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a regrettable decision. The experience was far below expectations. The pool was shockingly small, and the entire hotel felt old and poorly maintained. We stayed in a suite, but even that didn’t meet basic hygiene standards. For two consecutive evenings, we found silverfish in the bathtub—unsure whether they came from the room or the towels. The body wash bottle was empty and never refilled during our stay. Towels were never replaced with fresh ones, and to our disbelief, the housekeeper even left a bottle of cleaning detergent behind the toilet. Breakfast was another disaster. Staff seemed untrained—no one knew where the milk was, many tables were uncleared, and guests had to ask for their own cutlery. Near closing time, they simply shut the partition doors without informing remaining guests that service was ending. Is this the standard across all Radisson hotels? If so, I won’t be returning.
If you want to sleep on a torn bed linen, live in a not renovated room, be ignored by the staff, the hotel is for you. The only positive side - location, the area is very quiet. We were given one hygiene set for 2 people for 2 nights. I'm 9 months pregnant and asked for an extra pillow (by the way, the pillows are literally 30*40), and was simply ignored even though the hotel was at least half empty. No way it is 4* hotel
