Best hotel, room and breakfast on Earth at the Radisson Blu Kristiansand! The breakfast made onsite includes amazing oven baked bread of so many types to please all, creamy scrambled eggs to watermelon fruit, incredible Norwegian Scandinavian specialities and the broadest range of food to please everyone! Coupled with super clean rooms and beautiful views from modern tinted windows from floor to ceiling overlooking the bay, port and city, the Radisson Blu team like Tina, Malin, Erika and Duran, met us with professional courtesy, comfortable reception and truly listened in on our needs, and exceeded what we expected across everything we looked for:) Definitely the best hotel experience, from our visits to Stockholm to Oslo, to Hawaii to France and even to Mongolia and Japan. Enjoy, as we will remember this Kristiansand heaven, forever!

Spent one night in a double room, and our dog was with us as well. The breakfast was very nice, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. However, our room was disappointing. The windows were unbelievably dirty — I’ve never seen anything like it in a hotel before. Instead of enjoying a sea view, we found ourselves trying to see through the grime, struggling to catch even a glimpse of the outside😭

There is one person at the reception and one day the line of waiting guests was really long. The room was nice, bed is comfortable. The room has no phone, what if somebody had a medical emergency? Housekeeping is BAD. At 3:30 pm on the first day the room was not made up. The excuse they gave is they are preparing the rooms for the new check-ins first. In my opinion guests already in the rooms should be prioritized over people who may or may not check in. But it gets worse, the second day the room was made up early however a cup and a glass were not cleaned and the used coffee mugs were removed from the room and not replaced. I had to go down to the restaurant and get one, remember I couldn’t call because there is no phone in the room. I got the mug and discovered they have not replenished the tea or nespresso capsules.
