Two things I enjoyed in this hotel is the breakfast buffet and the swimming pool! The pool was big enough for a good swim, but not too deep perfect for small persons like me. It felt safe and peaceful, with plenty of space to relax by the water. Rooms: We stayed in the Business Suite on the 19th floor for 5 days. The room was spacious clean, and cozy with a huge bed, work desk, coffee machine, and a nice city view. Loved the calming design and layout. Service: Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and the menu changed daily not boring or repetitive at all! Housekeeping was consistent and attentive. Location: Super convenient! The hotel is directly connected to SM City Cebu, which made shopping and dining so easy. Great for both business and leisure stays.

I've stayed here twice. My 2nd time, I got the BEST room here. There was visible thick MOLD inside the air vents. The entire room smelled damp and moldy. I was switched to a different room. Exact same issue. AKA. This property is now completely rotting from the inside w/ mold and mildew. Beware. The lobby looks nice, everything looks grand, but the property is slow rotting. It's overrated.

Initially, I was super impressed by Radisson Blu Cebu — the service was amazing from the moment we walked in. Huge shoutout to Rodrigo at reception, who was warm, helpful, and made us feel genuinely welcome 💛 The breakfast buffet was fantastic — loads of variety, fresh options, and just really solid food every morning. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and everything felt polished and professional. But a few things really let the experience down… We requested a breakfast box for an early tour, were assured it would be sorted — and then… nothing. No explanation, no follow-up, no apology. It felt like such a frustrating drop in what had otherwise been great service. Then the pool suddenly closed for maintenance — and I only found out after ordering cocktails poolside and sitting there getting eaten alive by mosquitoes 🙃 It stayed closed for the rest of our stay (three more days). If we’d known, we honestly would’ve booked somewhere else — we ended up spending $$$ on day passes at other hotels just to get some pool time. What stung the most was that no one really acknowledged it or offered any gesture of apology, even when we brought it up. There’s still a lot to love here — the people, the food, the rooms — but at this price point, communication and transparency really matter, and that part needs work.
