The location is very quiet and good for rest. You can either take the tram or walk to the centre. For me, it takes around 20 mins. walk. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant is very nice. And the staff is just amazing! They're very smiley and hospitality oriented. Especially there's a lady in the reception who speaks Spanish. She is awesome!

Rooms are big and comfortable. Hotel located walking distance from river so it’s a good place to stay. Restaurant is ok I was expecting better. Prices are on higher side compared to food taste. Good place for 2-3 days stays.

First time renting an electric car in Germany. I thought it would be a breeze-the hotel boasted charging points so I confidently took the car, even though it only had 18% battery The charging points turned out to be a single charging point and that was occupied the whole time by the Belgian Porsche Maybe have a sign up saying 4hrs max, then a surcharge of €5 per hour if they stay connected Anyway, it turned out this was a blessing in disguise, as I quickly learnt none of the four apps I had on my phone would allow me to use the nearby street chargers to charge the car, so I was able to swap it the next day at the airport for a petrol one Back to the hotel The exterior looks a bit tired. The main car park (drive past the Belgian Porsche) doesn't look like it should cost 24€ per day. 2.40€ maybe. The multi-storey section is currently closed as they rip the tarmac off of it-quite entertaining to watch from your bedroom window The AC in the room did not work. This wasn't a problem on the first night, but the room became quite humid the second and it was noisy to have the window open because of the car park demolition The staff were very polite and friendly and my wife thought highly of the chef at breakfast who cooked her the best omelette she has ever eaten! I liked the glistening apples For a king size room, it was unusual to find two separate beds pushed together. My wife found herself disappearing down the crack a few times during the night The lamp attached to the headboard is particularly unforgiving and I kept hitting my head on it As seems to be the way with a lot of hotels these days, our bathroom door was frosted glass but there was a reasonable gap all around the edge when closed. If you're someone who likes a bit of privacy when conducting a "business" meeting, this might not be for you Location is great for the airport and for the Altstadt
