We stayed here for a few days, and this trip will stay with us for a long time! It was a great example of excellent value for money. We were warmly welcomed, with the staff checking in on how we were feeling after the journey and making sure we had everything we needed. The room was excellent—clean and comfortable—with no issues at all with the key card (unlike what often happens with electronic locks in other hotels). A special mention goes to the breakfast. At first glance, it might seem small, but it actually offers a wide variety of dishes. But what really stood out was the incredible care and attention from the staff. We were looked after by a young woman named Ksenia. She remembered us and our drink preferences, so the next day, when we chose our table and returned with our food, water and juices were already waiting for us—which was such a thoughtful touch. She also gave us lots of great recommendations for places to visit that we hadn’t seen in any brochures. We were truly impressed and hope to return again someday. Highly recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean, with attention to every little detail. The breakfasts were amazing — fresh, delicious, and with a great variety each morning. Most importantly, the service was outstanding — friendly, helpful, and always with a smile. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
We had a good experience at this hotel, however, it's still got teething problems for a new hotel. The room and decor is amazing and the gym (although small), is also nice with a sauna. The buffet breakfast is brilliant with crepes, many different cakes each day, hash browns, 3x different cooked eggs and all at very high quality. However, one morning it took 10+ minutes for them to change out some items such as fried eggs and hashbrowns. The buffet area is also quite small, so it does get busy and cramped but the seating area is stunning. House cleaning is also confusing and not on a schedule, as they knocked on our door 3 times in 1 day to ask to clean and even at 8am one morning when we were still waking up. Our tv also didn't work with streaming services but we got some food/drink compensation vouchers for that. The big positive were the staff who were always SO welcoming and this made our stay very pleasant. Overall, good new hotel with lovely staff, but they need to iron out the minor breakfast, service and cleaning issues.
