Customer service is exceptionally good which is the key difference between a good and bad hotel. Staff accommodate needs within reason leaving a favourable impression. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The Spa is tranquil and the gym is far better than you ordinarily find in 5-star hotels.

As someone who has stayed at many Radisson hotels, this was unfortunately the first one where I felt completely unacknowledged as a loyal guest. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re expecting a genuine five-star experience — it just doesn’t deliver on that promise. What I liked: • Breakfast was good, never crowded, and the service was fantastic, a real highlight of the stay! • The gym is well-equipped and usually quiet, which made it easy to use. • The ice machine located outside the room was a nice touch. What disappointed me: • The service at reception was underwhelming and set a poor tone for the stay. (Maybe requires training from breakfast team?) • Despite having status with Radisson, there was no acknowledgment at all — no vip line, no recognition, no upgrade, no welcome note, no small gift — nothing. This is the only Radisson I’ve stayed at where status wasn’t recognized in any way, which was surprising and disappointing. • While the hotel advertises itself as five-star, it feels more like a four-star at a push. The room and service level just don’t reflect true luxury, that you’d expect from a 5 stay hotel. Not worth the extra money from a cheaper hotel…. Bottom line: If you have Radisson status and are used to a certain standard service, this property will likely let you down. For a more rewarding experience, I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

It was a pretty good room, nice experience but we stayed on a Monday and the restaurant was closed. Bar was also not open late. Spa was very very busy and gym was small. In comparison to King Street Townhouse - it was a worse stay I think. The room might have been better but King Street Townhouse had a much better spa all things considered. I was also disappointed by the service- we got engaged and KST congratulated us but this 5 star hotel didn't. It's the small things some times. Bed was great however.
