Radisson Blu Gorakhpur

Service is good. Staff behavior is good. They are polite and quick in providing the services. Only the breakfast quality needs to be improved. Food is either dry or oily. Especially the taste of South Indian items are below average and English breakfast items like donuts are dry. Kofe tea lounge items are really good especially the crispy corn and mocha coffee. Chai needs to be served little more hot.

Its great to see they follow same standard of Radisson like elsewhere. It was a pleasant stay with a variety of options for food. The coffee shop at Ground floor served good snack and pastries for a quick bite. The restaurant on R floor was also pretty good. Very polite staff especially in restaurant. Want to highlight Miss Roshni. They have well equipped gym. The room located on street side can be slightly noisy due to ongoing traffic.

I stayed at the hotel recently with a group of friends. Service at front reception was good. All staff members were polite. For a 5-star hotel, I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I had to take a piece of cloth to wipe down certain areas. Found food too salty and oily. Had to remind the salt to omit salt. Thank you.
