Radisson Blu Grand Hotel & Spa Malo Les Bains

Lovely hotel in a stunning location. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant quality could be a bit better, but overall the experience was very positive. A special mention for the receptionist — she personally brought the room service we had requested to our room, and even went out of her way to get a non-alcoholic beer for us from the bar. Truly outstanding service from her! 😊

My wife and I stayed at Radisson Blu Grand Hotel & Spa, Malo-les-Bains from May 8th--11th 2025 and we really enjoyed our stay (our second time staying at the Radisson Blu Grand Hotel & Spa, Malo-les-Bains; the first time we stayed was with my parents last summer). Last summer as well as this time (May 8th--11th 2025) we had a really great time, the hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, the staff at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and welcoming. Our spa couple massages were fantastic (shoutout to our great masseuses Georgia and Eva!) and the overall spa experience (hot and cold water/steam/temperature therapy, etc.) was so relaxing, we had a great time! A very lovely hotel to stay in .Everyone is welcomed and a bonus being a dog friendly hotel . Breakfast was not a disappointment.There was so much to offer! From healthy smoothies to beautiful pastries ,too many items to list but something for everyone ! Those who like the traditional English breakfast items may be a little surprised at their take on ours ...Bacon boiled egg in the shell, or scrambled egg , french small sausage mushrooms hash browns &toast. The location is amazing ,the sand dunes within 1 minute walk,2 minutes to reach the waves ! There is a promenade that stretches all the way left and right of the hotel .This area is a paradise for all .Walkers, runners, cyclists,sailing kites flying .The beach stretches for miles . The hotel spa is a delight .I used the swimming pool which is freeto use at certain times to hotel guests .The pool had an open built in jacuzzi which was amazing .The pool area was spotlessly clean with beautiful loungers to relax on afterwards .The hotel products used in showers and rooms were a delight to use ,they sell gift sets in the reception 😍 I wouldn't hesitate to return to this hotel ,the staff team were exceptional within their roles of securing every guest is looked after .
