Room was well prepared and clean, and the customer service by Mr Durand was exceptional. He took time to understand the customer's experience. I feel very welcomed to the hotel.
The service is marvelous. We got served by miss Genevieve for the room service and she was warm, welcoming communicated and understood us well, I appreciated that. The stay overall is lovely. Can't wait to come back
