Hi Team, Really want to thanks house keeping staff especially Ms. Kareena who has been very helpful and dedicated in her work. She is very polite and is an asset for the Hotel. I wish her all the best for all her future endeavours. Housekeeping supervisor Ms. Meenakshi also very helpfull. Not only housekeeping even the front office, guards are all superb. I was quite disappointed with my stay. The toilet faucets were not working, and water pressure was very low, making it hard to use the bathroom comfortably. The floors were dirty, and overall cleanliness did not meet basic expectations. Even after reporting these issues, the staff response was very slow, and some problems were never resolved. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better maintenance and service. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the guest experience.

They need to come up with their service standards. People employed needs to understand the brand they are working for. There was hardly anything room service given without 5 follow ups. They are not ready for team of 150 people. It's mostly about responding to room service calls . Rest of arrangements, price, ambience, behaviour everything was good. It's just to room service!
