Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

The room was comfortable and i slept very well. Good black out curtains and the hotel was quiet when i was there. Restaurant staff were friendly and food was good if a little pricey (its a hotel!). As a solo traveler I really liked the self service shop - which offered steamed meals for 10euros. Shuttle to airport took 5-10mins and metro train into centre another 15min.

The hotel is located 7 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus. The journey *from Schiphol airport to the hotel is free*, but the *return trip costs €5 per person*. Schedules are accurate, and a timetable is displayed at the entrance on the lower floor or at ground floor at reception. Tickets can be purchased from the machine near the entrance on lower floor or directly on the bus. The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast buffet included with the room is decent and sufficient — two types of eggs (scrambled and boiled), cold cuts, tasty chicken sausages, cheeses, dairy products, jams, honey, fresh juices, coffee, tea, and more. *Paula*, a member of the breakfast staff, was very friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic, performing her duties with a smile. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. It was a very pleasant three-night stay. Trains run every 7 minutes from airport to the city center, and the journey takes only *around 15 minutes* to reach the heart of beautiful Amsterdam.

It was a weekend trip I stayed in this hotel. Rooms was comfortable I slept faster that expected. The shuttle bus from the airport is a good one because the bus is something I don’t want to explore after my flight. The staff are nice and helpful. Shuttle bus from the airport is free but from the hotel to the airport you have to pay. The Maschine is just the lobby where you can get the shuttle bus.
