Lovely hotel with a very central location. Excellent transport links and staff were very friendly. Nice to have an espresso machine in the room and kettle. Fast food available on the doorstep and open until late.
The room itself is spacious and nice, but for sure needs some touch up, especially the bathroom. Things are falling apart and not very appealing to see, not for this price. The front desk could be more attentive, when you come in, instead of staring at your phone, you should see who’s entering the hotel. The location is perfect!
I cannot fathom how this is a 4* hotel and how it has so many good reviews. The concierge was dismissive and the rooms and pool are very dated. You can't even get to the carpark from inside the hotel which is bizarre. Other rooms may be better but despite ours being clean, the many scratches and scrapes and missing wallpaper made it look very scruffy. You will find better hotels for the same price or less elsewhere.
