Radisson Blu Hotel Batumi

We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. Everything was well organized and relaxing. We truly enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back!

Amazing hotel. Wow wow wow!! The hospitality is welcoming. From the entrance with lovely and experienced doormen. At the reception, the staff on the desk were great at speaking English and Mari who was so helpful throughout our stay, probably the best employee to help with check in and handled us checking in 3 rooms at the same time with perfect accuracy. The rooms were beautiful with amazing views all around. The suite was perfect! Full wrap around views. The pool facilities are great, the perfect amount of chairs to cater to everyone on a sunny day. The pool size is perfect too. The breakfast was perfect As well. I found that my room was aged. Being such a modern hotel this was unexpected. The shower tiles were dieing out and the drain was quite slow at draining. Also no robe in floor 9 rooms unlike the upper levels. The only hassle we came across was the fire alarm going off at midnight. This was handled OK. But could do with a better plan. There was nobody to inform us on what was happening on most floors. We all walked down many flights of stairs to be told there was no fire. Terrible way to inform everyone Via word of mouth. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! -cleaners are great too. A fantastic hotel with delicious food, live music, and a casino 🤩 I especially want to thank the front desk — manager Russo was incredibly helpful and attentive. We had a small issue during check-in, and she responded immediately, fully diving into the situation to resolve it. Thank you so much, Russo ♥️ — you truly made our stay wonderful.
