Nader @reception did a great great job. We had a food poisoning on the day we were checking out (As we ate falafel outside the hotel) and he did a great job by leaving the room to us till 4:00 PM where we were going to airport although we were supposed to checkout at 12:00 PM. He and the team at the restaurant and housekeeping crew are the reason we would like to come back again . Breakfast was absolutely delicious especially the Lebanese foul. Housekeeping were top-notch and always keep complimentary water on daily-basis. Thank you and that left a great experience
The service was amazing and a prime location in the heart of verdun. Everything was fine and on point. The hotel staff was really helpful and assisted our needs. We booked two rooms on the 4th floor and we stayed for 10 days. I would like to thank Faod, Yousif, Nader, and Lia for unforgettable experience. Regards Mussed alshammari
