Was in Bristol for a graduation, the parking was a problem, we needed to go to the multi storey which wasn't clear how to get there. We tried to call on and off for two hours and no one answered the phone. Check in was flawless, the room was great, bed was massive and comfy. Had breakfast in the restaurant, again staff were lovely, food was great and well cooked. Checkout was easy and I would recommend the hotel. Lovely location.

Very central hotel, worth ringing ahead and booking the car park which I did and the service was seamless. Appears very safe and secure for overnight parking. Room was very smart, only thing was “city noise”. My window didn’t really appear to stop much of it. That aside I had a nice stay and would definitely stay there again.

I stayed at the Radisson Blu Bristol for 6 nights with my family, and for a 4-star hotel with such high prices, the service—especially housekeeping—was extremely disappointing. The room was dusty throughout the stay, with visible dust on surfaces and around the room. Despite repeatedly telling staff that I had young children and that the room needed to be properly cleaned, nothing improved. Used coffee cups were left in the room for more than two days, trash wasn’t emptied for two nights, and on one day, the room wasn’t cleaned at all—even though we left it at 11 AM. I had to go down to reception multiple times to request basic cleaning. There was also a coffee spill on the bed, which I asked to be cleaned and the bedding changed. Instead, they just made the bed over the stained sheets. Eventually, the receptionist personally changed the bed linen, as housekeeping had already left for the day. The laundry service was another issue. After the laundry sat in the room for two nights, I had to push hard to get it handled. Only after a long conversation did they agree to make an exception. I still had to go downstairs, pay at the front desk, and pick it up myself. There was also no luggage assistance, which was frustrating as I had two suitcases, two backpacks, and three kids to manage alone at check-in and check-out. On a positive note, the location is great—close to everything—and the reception team was kind and professional throughout. But overall, the poor housekeeping, lack of support, and constant follow-up made the experience stressful. For a 4-star hotel and the amount I paid, this stay was well below expectations
