Radisson Blu Hotel Bruges

The location is great—just a few minutes’ walk from Brugge station, which is super convenient. The room was clean, comfy, and spacious, and the hospitality from the receptionist was excellent. Really appreciated the warm welcome. However, the breakfast was a big letdown. The quality was far below expectations, especially the bacon, which was almost impossible to chew. Honestly, I expected much better from a large global hotel chain. Everything else was fine, but the breakfast definitely needs improvement.

We booked a suit and stayed 3 people (husband and wife and a 14 year old daughter). The room was spacious. However, the shower did kot have a door. It was inconvenient as we shared a room with our daughter.

First of all, the location of the hotel is not exactly nearby, you have to climb the stairs and it has a walking distance, so if you are disabled or have a lot of luggage, I would recommend you to think again. Our room smelled of urine and there was a glass but no window, leaving the room airless. We booked a triple room, they had a sofa bed, and it made noise when we moved. It was very uncomfortable and I couldn't sleep. Slippers are 3 euros per person. I have never seen anything like this in any hotel in my life. Was my worst hotel experience. And plus there was a man hair on our bed. I wouldn’t recommend here!!! This hotel cannot be 4 stars
