Our stay was absolutely perfect! I’m not sure how you couldn’t give this a 10/10. If you are looking for lovely staff, great breakfast with heaps of options, comfortable bedding, & perfect location- this is it! The pool was a great addition with spectacular city views. We booked a taxi from the airport via booking.com direct to this hotel & it all was a real luxury. We also were offered a free upgrade & late check out. Really good value & would recommend to anyone in the future. Thank you!
I had an outstanding experience at Radisson Blu Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, close to major attractions. My room was modern, and impeccably clean. The amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center were top-notch. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. Overall, Radisson Blu Hotel provided excellent service, a prime location, and great amenities, making my stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!
Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the expected standards. The staff was inattentive, breakfast was charged twice, and the food quality was disappointing (e.g., dry cold cuts, green scrambled eggs). The latte macchiato was overpriced and barely drinkable. In addition, the bathrooms are in urgent need of renovation. My feedback has not been addressed even after a week. Overall, not worth the price.
