This was a fantastic hotel stay! The hotel is bit in expensive side for the city but the quality is quite good. Rooms are big and comfortable with all necessary amenities. The spa is nice with damp room, sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast has very good selection. They provided free daily coupons for the bar to have a choice of sweets or drink, which was a nice add on. The staff is professional and speaks English well.
Wonderful high-grade hotel in a splendid location. Rooms are a fair size and immaculate. The buffet is superb. Staff are extremely professional. Excellent for business trips or tourism to the enchanting nature reservations of the Chelyabinsk region.
Nice Hotel, good rooms, windows can be opened, very good Paulaner Restaurant, only critics: room temperature is way to high for me to sleep well- even if the windows is open!!! Solution: shut off breaker nr 2 and the fan stops working! During Summer the climate control is activated and you can control the room temperature....other than that, just perfect
