Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center Alexandria

The hotel looks great, the rooms are nice and really spacious. The staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that it's a bit outside of the center of Alexandria. And I didn't like that men could push in line and no one said anything about it. Sometimes you end up waiting 10–15 minutes for a la carte breakfast.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the hotel. The location was peaceful, perfect for unwinding (30 mins from Alexandria). The room service, especially Ms. Neven, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout my stay—she truly made a difference. Breakfast was also very enjoyable, with a lovely view to start the day. The only downside was that the main pool was not fully operational during my visit. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to return.

The hotel in general is nice and comfortable with essential negative issues and all the staff are friendly, polite and eager to respond to any request. The rooms are generally spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are comfortable, but staying in the rooms of the building overlooking the garden is very noisy due to the weddings. There is no proper sound insulation and the accommodation there is very bad. The meals served at the Lakes Restaurant are very poor in terms of quality and taste. The food at Al Khan Restaurant and Cosmos Cafe are much better.
