Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Centre Kigali

This is a nice hotel, located in a convenient location. The rooms are clean and quiet, but need some renovation, especially the curtains and the showers. Rooms also lack storage for long term staying, like drawers. The hotel staff are the real star! People are always polite, smiling and keen on making sure the guests are treated as they should. If you're visiting Kigali, it's definitely your place to stay!

I can't say enough nice things about this place. Although, it is the only hotel in Kigali that has a metal detector at the entrance, it is relatively safe. We have been coming to this location for over 10 years. It is simply wonderful. Great breakfast, comfortable rooms, and great meeting space. A great place for wedding photos. Inzovu Mall nearby, with expansion for a new mall coming soon. Many outside restaurants, Repub Lounge is one of my favorite spots. Soy Asian is great too. Overall, the staff is friendly, helpful, and always accommodating.

The staff at Radisson blue were phenomenal. They really want to take care of you and do whatever it takes to make your stay great. They found out it was my birthday and surprised me by singing to me in my room and bringing me cake. A young man named Emmy was great and I enjoyed my time speaking with him. The rooms are small but the place is very nice and breakfast was amazing!
