I had a lovely and nice time during my meals. Shirley at the restaurant was very helpful, very kind , very friendly and she is just so wonderful. She made our stay very pleasant. She always come with a smile and explains things nicely
My family had a great dinner at the Hyde Park restaurant. We liked the food, the ambiance and the outstanding services of the staff especially Ms. Shirley and Ms. Arlene. They are both amazing. Surely, we will come back.
The hotel is beautiful with nice ambience. The staff are friendly especially Laila. Her customer service was overboard. She gave us a customized unique treatment that made our stay memorable. It was my husband’s birthday and he sure got a beautiful surprise.
