We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the outstanding service we received from Chat. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always had a warm smile. Whether it was assisting with our check-in, providing local recommendations, or making sure everything was perfect during our stay – Chat handled it all with professionalism and genuine care. I had a great experience during my stay at the hotel! Everything was well-organized, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I especially want to mention Sijuade, the pool supervisor - he was absolutely amazing! Very attentive, professional, and made sure everything at the pool area was smooth and enjoyable. He truly added a personal touch to our stay. Thank you for the hospitality - I'll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The entire experience was disorganized from the start. The key card to our room didn’t work at all—we had to go to the reception twice to get it renewed, but even then, it still didn’t function properly. The swimming pool was in terrible condition. It hadn’t been cleaned, the water level was low, and it looked unsafe and unhygienic. It felt like a serious health risk. Additionally, the TV in our room didn’t work. Despite calling reception multiple times, no one came to fix it or offer any help. Overall, this was by far the worst hotel experience we’ve had in Dubai. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
