Quality hotel. Rooms very clean and modern. Check in quick with a welcome pack. Pool and spa very good. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Can get busy after 8am so be aware. Not a big area. Location is absolutely perfect.

I've stayed in some excellent hotels before but the Radisson Blu in central Edinburgh is up there with the best. I was travelling alone with my daughter and from the greeting from Zoe on our arrival to Maisy in the Spa and all the staff interactions throughout our stay the customer service has been exceptional. We used the pool/sauna, ate at the onsite restaurant and had breakfast at the buffet and all was excellent. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a wonderful view from our room on the 4th floor. The beds were soft and comfy and the bathroom large, clean and functional. I've got absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. It's pricey but it's well worth it as everything, including the amazing location and building, is up there with the very best, even the weather was good! I'll definitely be back. Thank you for making this such a fantastic stay, we made some amazing memories here.

Despite clear communication, I received a phone call on while I was on a tour in Scotland, informing me that I needed to vacate the room by 14:00 and move to another room. I explained that I could not return to the hotel by then, as our tour would not be back until 18:30. I was told that if I could not return in time, hotel staff would pack and move our belongings. This is exactly what happened. Hotel staff entered our room without our presence and packed up all of our personal belongings, moving them to another room. This action left me feeling violated and vulnerable. Regardless of their intentions, it is completely unacceptable for staff to handle guests’ private belongings in their absence—especially after I had received assurances that no room change would be necessary.
