Unfortunately I was here on a very hot day - 32 degrees. No air conditioning at all, no windows. The room was a sauna. I slept very very poorly. So I thought “ok I’ll take a cold shower to refresh” : only hot water! It was terrible. Not what you expect from a Radisson Hotel Chain. And for me the worst part was that the employees weren’t honest about it: they told me it was on my room and they were sending maintenance while I was out. On the other day I found out that it was a general problem in the entire building. Very nice gym and pool but due to the heat, it was impossible to be there.

We stayed for 2 nights, Upon arrival the hotel looks nice, but - rooms are not good isolated, u could hear anything in the hotel. - sauna wasnt available at the time. - only one bottle of water, if u ask more have to buy from the bar. - hotel staff never greets u. Night shift is also just smoking and sitting in hotel lobby. The guest service was really poor and not professional. - the bed is really not comfortable. There are better options for this price in frankfurt. Skip on this hotel
