Radisson Blu Hotel Hannover

This was my first time staying at this hotel during a business trip to Germany. Although the reservation was made in a hurry, I was truly satisfied with my stay. The double-size bed I had previously requested was initially missing, but the issue was resolved immediately. The reception operates 24 hours a day, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant and bar were convenient to use and kept very clean. The food was also absolutely delicious. As it was my first visit to Germany, I was glad to start the trip with such a pleasant experience. If I ever come back for another business trip, I will choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and resourceful. The rooms were clean,spacious, and the beds exceptionally comfortable. Also, the toiletry products provided (shampoo etc. )were amazing. Breakfast was delightful, especially the freshly baked pastries, with plenty of healthy options available. Another touch that I liked is that they also had take- away cups for coffee and their oat milk was amazing. The sauna was a fantastic addition. My only minor complaint is that the drinks at the bar could be improved slightly.

Me and my 3 year old child is sweating while trying to sleep. Its currently 30 degrees celcius in the nighttime. Informed the receptionist, and she could change the room, but then i have to wake up the child and move all our belongings in the middle of the night. Staff knew the ventilation didnt work, so why would you put a parent and child in this particular room in this heat wave? That should almost be illegal. Room is nice enough.
