I was there with my boyfriend, we like to go to this hotel because we think the attention and the rooms were perfect, but in this time we have some points to check and take in consideration: this is the most warm season of the year and the airco is not cooling enough the room till 20° degrees is not enough. The breakfast and food in the restaurant amaizing, the price also super good, but the personal who makes the cleaning in the rooms they were having bad smell and of course this is not a good point for the hotel, besides that we know is not your fault but the hygienist have to be fundamental and the Last thing the pillows were too hard and also seems like old rehusable pillows
We went to the rooftop bar. The assortment of food is limited. However the bruscetta is very nice! However, the staff is not polite or friendly at all. They deliver the food without looking you in the eyes or say anything. It's a pity
I came to the hotel for check-in at 20.30 pm today, but it was very rude to me by the receptionist that there was no room I had booked and all the rooms of the hotel were full. Although I stated that this was unacceptable and that I paid for this type of room, the receptionist shouted at me in front of other customers and told me that it was not his fault and that I should contact the hotel management. This behavior is unacceptable to speak rudely and shouting. Radisson blu we are chain hotels and I have stayed in this hotel chain in many parts of the world, but I have never encountered such bad behavior. I encountered a very rude and carefree behavior for the reservation that was made and paid at least 1 week in advance. Not content with this, instead of correcting their mistake, they offered me a free breakfast. It's the first time in my life I've seen such an amateur and customer satisfaction-free reception. I was exposed to such disrespectful behavior in front of other customers waiting at the reception. Hasselt paid a hotel price above average and had a rude and harassing inconclusive meeting next to him. I would like to inform you that my hotel fee will be reimbursed or the type of room for which I paid, otherwise I will apply for legal action. I wish you good work.
