Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Ottomare

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel, and our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I especially want to highlight Murat, who truly made a difference during our visit. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Whether it was assisting with our requests, providing great recommendations, or simply checking in to ensure everything was going smoothly, Murat’s dedication and kindness stood out. He made us feel welcomed and valued, and his warm, friendly demeanor added a personal touch that we really appreciated. Thanks to Murat and the entire team, our stay at the Radisson Blu was exceptional. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent hospitality and great service. We’ll definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy hotel. It’s peaceful, luxurious, and the service was outstanding across the board. We were especially happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a sea view. The view was breathtaking, and the room itself was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, especially Ismail. He was always cheerful, friendly, and attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed, and the room was impeccably clean. We would absolutely love to come back!

I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay truly disappointed me. We chose this hotel because of the great ratings and a pool, but now I understand why the reviews are so high. The staff constantly ask you to write a positive review—during our 7-day stay, I was asked 4 times, and they even offer to take your phone and do it for you (making sure you mention their name). It feels dishonest and manipulative. The hotel itself is outdated, cleanliness and service are nowhere near 5-star level. The pool area is tiny—only two small couches near the pool, loungers are far away on the grass—and in the morning there are no staff, so guests have to set up their own loungers and tables. We also had a bad experience with a taxi driver who tried to overcharge us, and instead of helping, the hotel concierge sided with the driver and told me to pay the higher price. It’s upsetting to see the hotel support this kind of scam. The only positive thing I can say is that the ladies at breakfast were wonderful—thank you to them. Sadly, this doesn’t make up for the rest, and I cannot recommend this hotel.
