Such a cool place. Food was the absolute best, service was top notch and the guys in concierge and reception were always gracious whenever we saw them. The pool area is huge, rooms spacious and room service always attentive. Shout out to Karem and Ramazan. Always asking if we need anything whenever we walked in and out of the building. Special shout out to the gentleman at reception who's name I did not get but he was extremely helpful because he spoke fluent English so was able to help us in every way. Tall, slim, quite fair skinned, reddish brown hair, excellent english, seemed to be in a managerial position as he knew the ropes of operations. Whoever you are, I apologise we didn't get your name but you were an absolut legend to deal with as well. Hats off Radisson Blu. Well done.

I can confidently say that my stay was a pleasant one. The most important aspect is the people who work there – they are the ones who create the atmosphere that brings us satisfaction during our stay. From the staff, I especially remember Mr. Ogi, who was always there to help me whenever I needed assistance. Thanks to employees like Mr. Ogi, I felt very safe in the hotel. Much respect! Thank you for the stay – I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nice, comfortable and the location is great, however there are some comments. At arriving, the young receptionist is not friendly and asked me for deposit. Moreover, they do not accept debit card just credit cards. These things don’t mentioned during reservation through booking website
