Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Al Salam

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel Jeddah Al Salam. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional—staff members were professional, warm, and attentive, making check-in smooth and welcoming. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, beautifully furnished, and offered an extra level of comfort and privacy. It had everything we needed, including a cozy lounge area, modern amenities, very comfortable beds, and fast Wi-Fi. One of the absolute highlights of our stay was the outdoor pool area. It was a serene and well-maintained space perfect for relaxation, complete with a hot tub that added a luxurious touch. What made it even more special was the small restaurant by the pool, where we could enjoy delicious food and refreshing drinks while lounging in the sun. One unforgettable moment was watching a football match from the pool—it was such a fun and relaxing experience that really made the atmosphere unique. The hotel’s location is also ideal, close to the airport, shopping malls, and major attractions. The buffet breakfast at The Larder was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and flavorful options. Overall, our experience exceeded expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah, whether for business or leisure. Very spacious room, very clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall the experience was very good. However I had sent my clothes to be cleaned, unfortunately my clothes were mixed with coloured clothes. They brought back my white clothes with lots of blue stains all over them. The food is very questionable, I wouldn't recommend it. There's a burger just opposite which I highly recommend. The water fills up in the bathroom when you wash. The meeting rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Is the room worth the price? I would say yes, but the service needs to be improved, as said my clothes were completely damaged.

Avoid is the word for this property Just the housekeeping staff and the location. If it hasn't been for Mr Donald and his team, my stay would have been probably one of the worst stays ever. But thanks to his courteousness. I was able to pull through the night. Everything else besides the housekeeping and the location, which includes the food, the front desk staff, especially and one Miss Raida who probably had a special training of how to be rude. My father-in-law is an old man and cannot tolerate the cold temperatures of the air condition. I had requested for the temperature to be increased, but they had no option to do that except just turn off the air condition. Besides that I even asked for a room radiator, but that was also not available, which was quite a surprise as it is a very common thing in every hotel that you go visit, including all the Radisson properties that I have been to till date. There is a lot of waterlogging in the washrooms. I have taken videos as well as photographs of the same. It is best to avoid this property if you are in Jeddah
