Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and staff were incredibly helpful. Allowing the use of a wheelchair. Fereshtehs amazing hands assisted in my recovery after a recent medical event. Highly recommend!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Radisson Blu Kayseri – Perfect for Ski Trips & City Exploration! We had a fantastic stay at Radisson Blu Kayseri and highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city, whether for skiing or sightseeing. 📍 Location & Accessibility: - The hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything you might need. - A shopping mall is right next door, and plenty of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. - If you prefer not to walk, UBER is available in Kayseri, or you can grab a taxi right in front of the hotel. 🏨 Rooms & Comfort: - We stayed in a family room (two combined rooms) – spacious, very clean, and with a beautiful mountain view. - Complimentary 2x 1.5-liter water bottles provided daily. 🍽️ Breakfast & Dining: - Amazing breakfast! Huge variety of fresh and delicious options. - We were so full and energized that we didn’t even need lunch, despite skiing 5-6 hours every day. - In the evenings, you can enjoy the roof bar or restaurant – the prices are high compared to Europe, but it’s the best option in town. 🏊 Wellness & Spa: - Free spa zone with a heated pool, a small kids' pool, Turkish Hamam, steam bath, sauna, gym, and massage services. A perfect way to relax after a long day. 🎿 Skiing at Erciyes Mountain: - Free shuttle to Erciyes Ski Resort (9:30 AM departure, 5:30 PM return). You need to register daily for the next day’s trip. - At Radisson Blu Erciyes, there’s a ski rental shop and paid lockers so you don’t need to carry your equipment back and forth. - The ski-pass kiosk is just to the left when you enter the ski resort. Unfortunately, the hotel’s ski-pass machine wasn’t working during our stay. - After skiing, relax at the terrace bar of Radisson Blu Erciyes while waiting for the shuttle back to the city. ⛷️ Ski Experience: - Weekdays: Slopes were empty – no queues, felt like a private ski resort! - Weekends: Much busier, so plan accordingly. - We visited in March 2025 and had sunny weather every day. Snow was melting due to unexpected heat, but skiing was still great. 👏 Service & Staff: - Friendly and helpful staff – always ready to assist with any request. Final Verdict: Radisson Blu Kayseri offers great comfort, excellent service, and top-notch amenities for both city travelers and skiers. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back! 💯 5/5 – Would Stay Again!
