Radisson Blu Hotel Krakow

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel and would like to express my appreciation for the perfect service provided throughout. Special thanks to the reception team, who were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Their efficiency and warm attitude made check-in and any assistance during the stay smooth and pleasant. I’d also like to highlight the girl at the bar, who was not only friendly but attentive and knowledgeable, creating a great atmosphere and making every visit a pleasure. And a heartfelt thank you to Ms. Oksana at breakfast – she was absolutely amazing. Her kind attitude, attention to detail, and genuine personal approach truly stood out. She provided 5-star service with a warmth that made every morning feel special. The hospitality I experienced here exceeded expectations, and I’ll gladly return again. Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel near the old town in Krakow. Big room, and very good service! During my stay I have experienced the special service from the waitress Oksana in the breakfast-restaurant. She has made me several gluten-free toasts with egg made in different variations… it as been delicious! I feel that my husbond and I have got special service during our holiday here. And I specially want to thank Oksana for that. I really recommend this hotel, and specially if you need gluten free breakfast… just ask for Oksana 😊

I stayed at Radisson Blu in Kraków — really enjoyed everything, especially the restaurant. It’s a very cozy place with delicious food and a pleasant atmosphere. I especially want to mention a guy named Roman — he was serving us, and honestly, his service was on a really high level. Calm, polite, attentive to every detail. It was a real pleasure. Employees like him are a big asset to any hotel. Thank you!
