It's remarkable how they manage to provide an excellent guest experience despite the challenging conditions. Special shout-outs to all the front desk staff who are always very friendly and accommodating as well as Volodymyr at the lobby bar for great service.
I have a 30 kg bag full of medical supplies plus 10 computers. I’m a relatively small person and the big bag has a blown wheel so I’ve had to literally drag it from Poland. Zero help from the staff getting my bags to the room. Nada, zilch, zip. I’d expect this lack of service from a cheap hotel but not a hotel claiming to be 4 stars.
