Location is perfect- right next to the Lanxess, and not too far from Cologne airport. The rooms are spacious, spotless and modern. The lobby is comfortable and an easy place to relax before or after the day. I have to say a massive thank you to the reception staff and housekeeping staff. The reception staff are helpful and friendly and have made us feel well accommodated. The housekeeping staff are attentive, friendly and do an incredible job - our room is spotless.
The room facilities and cleanliness were perfect. The hotel staff were all kind and helpful. I had a very comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again in future. Thanks!
The room didn’t have a working air conditioner. We left the window open but it was loud all night because of the people waiting for cabs/buses. The breakfast was delicious though. The whole place isn’t horrible but we paid way too much for this place.
